Diet shake juice - Herbalife

My diet shake dinner with Herbalife F1 

Shake I - (filling)
2 x passion fruit
250 ml fresh goat milk
3 x green apple (small)
2 spoon F1 vanilla flavor
3 spoon oat
1 1/2 oat biscuit

Shake II - (more filling)
3 x green apple
2 x oat biscuit
250 ml goat fresh milk
3 spoon oat (cook in hot water)
2 spoon F1 vanila flavor
1 sachet cocoa instant drink

Shake III (lighter)
1 x passion fruit
1 x red apple
250 ml drinking water
5 x baby tomato
3 spoon F1 Tropical fruit
1 x oat biscuit

Food @ Balik Pulau

After goat visiting session, finally it's time for lunch! Guided by Uncle Jayson, he leaded us to Balik Pulau new market.

It's looks clean but not many stall open, just a few famous stall..I wonder why? Hmmm..

I tried the famous laksa, the pasembur , fishball and the drinks. All was delicious with reasonable price.

this shop open late...around 1pm only start ...so many ppl waiting...:S

The pasembur: Potato, Boiled egg, sengkuang, cucumber, taufu, taugeh, crispy biscuit. Taste like rojak from KL but they use different ingredients

This fishball is from another stall...din take the shop photo but is also somewhere close to Pasembur.

The freshly made nutmeg juice RM1.60. Taste so good!
